The coffee morning is the anchor of community life at the FOB. People catch up, swap stories and get to know one another outside the demands of everyday life.
Some come with family. Some come on their own. There is space for the conversation to be about service, football, a hobby or whatever has happened that week.
Connections beyond the coffee table.
Visits from local organisations give people a chance to find out what is available nearby. Leigh FOB has shared visits from a local councillor and the Well Women Centre.
